Otter Cottage is a detached traditional croft cottage located in the community of Ardaneaskan on the shores of Loch Carron, and enjoys stunning views across the loch to Plockton and the Cuillin Hills of Skye.

The cottage is quiet and secluded, and is surrounded by its own garden with direct access to the shore.

Lochcarron village is 5 miles away where there are food stores, petrol, church, bank, 2 pub/ hotels with restaurants and a café offering takeaway meals. There is a museum, craft shops, potteries and the internationally famous Lochcarron weavers.

Close by are the gardens of Attadale House and Eilean Donan castle, and of course there are excellent opportunities for hill walking, fishing, and golf. The local area is a great place for observing the wild life, with local pine martins, deer and yes, otters are occasionally seen on the beach in front of the cottage.
