Terms and Conditions

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage

   
Letting is Saturday to Saturday.

All lets are from 4pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure.

All booking fees payable by personal cheque or cash as we are not set up for credit cards at present.

10% (non refundable) deposit is required to secure booking and balance at six weeks before start of holiday.

Confirmed e-mail bookings will be held for seven days prior to booking fee receipt.

Short term lets and some reduction for two person occupancy may be possible out of peek season. Please ask for details.

Well behaved pets welcome with a refundable deposit of £50.
