Letting
is Sunday to Sunday except for Christmas and New Year

Sunday to Wednesday (3 nights only)
All lets are from 4pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure.
All booking fees payable by personal cheque or cash as we are not set up for credit cards
at present.
10% (non refundable)
deposit is required to secure booking and balance at eight weeks before
start of holiday. Balance payments may be refundable if we are able to re-let the property should you need to cancel, but we recommend you take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover cancelation losses. If we should need to cancel your booking, we will refund the full cost or find you alternative accommodation.
Confirmed e-mail bookings will be held for seven days prior to booking fee receipt.
Short term lets and some reduction for two person occupancy may be possible out of peek
season. Please ask for details.
It is your
responsibility to leave the cottage as you found it, clean and tidy. We ask for a £50 Good Housekeeping deposit in the form of a separate cheque. This will be returned uncashed after your holiday if the property is in good
order. Well behaved pets are very welcome, but we ask for a (refundable) Good Housekeeping deposit of £75 when pets are part of your party.
