Prices for 2012 Prices are from £23 to £37 per person per room for two sharing, dependant on time of year. Single occupancy of the twin room is around 1½ times above rate.

Terms and Conditions There is No Smoking in any part of the cottage.    Guests who wish to smoke can use the terraced decking area outside. We have a (very friendly) dog who loves guests of the friendly human kind, but does not get on too well with other dogs in his home, so sorry but no pets. e-mail bookings will be held until 5pm on day of arrival. 10% deposit is preferred where possible in advance and will secure a later arrival. Please see the enquiry and booking page. Breakfast is from 8 to 8.30am start and rooms need to be cleared by 10am on the date of departure. We are a very small business, so we cannot take credit cards. Cash or personal cheques in pounds sterling only. If there is anything special you may need, please just ask and we will see what we can do to help.
